# Action node - 3d camera/camera analysis corruption

Has anyone experienced using a 3d camera, camera analysis, and 3d shape in action and then everytime since when pulling out an action it defaults to the action node calculating an auto camera analysis and camera track? I have tried switching projects, restarting and nothing. It has made my machine crash 10+ times because of this. Any help would be appreciated.

I don’t know if that’s possible but maybe you accidentally saved your defaults with those nodes? Have a clean Action node and save it like you save your setups but select Defaults from the pop-up menu on the lower left corner of the dialog box.

I would set up an action the way I want it to load every time, then under Node Prefs\>Objects&Maps, select _Save Current as Default_.  
@fredwarren I wish more nodes had this option.

This ended up saving that specific action node, but reverted back to corruption when dragging in a new action. Funny stuff.

If you’ve done anything in the Objects&Maps pref, it’s really easy to accidentally set the default.
