# Axis action scale

Is it me or why does the action axis scale always reset back to 100, if I import a track scale the axis display down to 10 go to another action go back to the scaled action and now they are back to 100, is this a bug or should I be doing something else? PS I only want the scale on that one action axis to be 10.

Are there maybe already keyframes on that axis?  
And is autokey enabled?
