Hi everyone, I’m a compositor who worked in VFX for around 7 years on film/TV projects, but I had to step away from the industry for the last couple of years. I’m currently working on getting back up to speed and rebuilding my reel, and I’m looking for **practice plates or unused shots** that I could work on. Ideally something closer to **production-style footage** (camera movement, integration challenges, cleanup, etc.), since I’d like to practice on material similar to real shots. I know there are some stock resources online, but I thought it would be worth asking here in case anyone has **old shots, test footage, or plates** they’d be open to sharing for practice. This would only be for portfolio purposes, and I’d of course be happy to share the results and credit anyone who provides footage. Thanks a lot! ---

The practice footage from ActionVFX is hard to beat. And is for that exact purpose. ---

Wasn’t trying to be a dick @julioleon. :-). I’ve had to generate elements on green and whilst I’m proud they solved problems they ain’t goin on my reel. 🙂
