# Distance in action

Sorry for such a basic question,  
but in Action / camera tracked / plane added in z10000 = I can’t place it deeper because it disappears.  
I can see the parameter for near and far, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Z sort either

you have to change the Far value to more than the distance to the plane…i think the far distance is the distance the camera can see, and the camera is not on z=0 so you need to take that into account.

I think I’ve found it, it’s related to the scale of the floor in camera tracker
