this is great! our comps jobs now feel like those text games: Walk NE, Walk South, you end up in a dark cave, walk West, you bump into treasure chest, use silver key to open chest, … haha, seriously cool how text or an agent can control parts of software. When i first saw Firefox the movie ive wanted to think in Russian to control things.. we are so close! but i dont know Russian.. ---

Super cool @cnoellert . I’ve got a working prototype for a Slack-based project creator front-end for Logik Projekt, and a Slack-based project restore and archive tool for producers to use. One with a pirate themed assistant. The other I’m training to only use food analogies. ---

It’s a departure point for everyone thats got half a clue. This methodology means you don’t have to make high level scripts to cover every conceivable input and outcome. You just let a robot talk to flame and bang on things until it’s done. Python script saving is optional. It’s a significant difference. The flame team should make an official socket. Then it’s not a security concern for them. They just expose everything and the unwashed masses will build interfaces. All of us here can write tools to query the api and the sdk with whatever tools we want. It will be the most lightweight development, but the most welcome tool they could possibly develop right now. Or a bunch of us are going to just do it (or have already done this) ourselves. An impressive assemblage of some words that does useful blah blah instead of whining about it. A handsome Frankensteins monster if you like. ---

The biggest question at this point is when do we do a community MCP with all the tools we’re making and when does Adsk give us an official bridge? I guess the latter is almost moot at the point but it would be nice to have an official mechanism. ---
