In this community we usually help each other out, and not just drop stuff off in unmotivated ways. I know how to look up the numbers and have AWS cloud resources. But to compute the numbers we need more specific usage information. Which we can’t get without trying to deploy it, and I’m not deploying something just for grins unless I’m convinced it’s a good choice for my business. Maybe it can do all those things, certainly doesn’t say so on the GitHub page. But I’ll take your word for it. All good. All good. I have no issues with FrameIO. I was just providing motivated and helpful answers to the OP. ---

@allklier yea I haven’t added the docs to github yet, it was in the video I posted on how to install it. You can deploy it on the cheapest server they have if you use video feedback tool, it’s just a front end. And then you pay the raw cost of (num files hosted \* their fee for hosting). If you use the other cloud services like transcriptions and captions then you need a more powerful CPU. But not for the feedback tool But again you can use any cloud hosting platform, not just AWS. ---

@theoman yea, that’s what they do with the online help too, “sorry we dropped this critical feature, please submit a feature request” Companies lose trust with the community when they drop critical features and just tell you to put it on the back hole list. ---

Word from folks that spoke to FrameIO at NAB is that they’re getting a clear message about the v4 quality concerns and will look into it. Feedback matters. ---

I’ve created [https://voicedeck.io/](https://voicedeck.io/) to be an alternative to frame IO. It is a no per-seat billing option, as it only charges for extra storage. Free 10 GB on the free tier. If you are a small team on a tight budget and have limited storage requirements then this might be a better option for you. I’d love for you to try it and give feedback. Just playing around with this and I’m quite impressed so far! The player shuttle is so much better than Frameio’s. ---
