# Python Console in 2023

Hello hive,

I’m very late to the party, but we are finally updating to 2023. I have been playing around in the python console and my old friend help() doesn’t seem to be very useful. I used it in the past to check out class methods and properties. Did this change?

Hmm… it’s working for me; For instance I get a ton on:

```auto
import flame
print( help( flame.PyReel ) )

```

What specifically are you trying to look at?
