damn, that worked a lot better than I expected. better than anything I saw Runway do. Seems like you can download a matte from a video you upload to the demo site if you set the foreground and background to Erase and then download.

I saw that they already made a version for ComfyUI, and I downloaded it to test locally. I found it very interesting and fast in producing results. I must admit that I haven’t yet managed to achieve good quality on the edges, but in just over 10 seconds, it cut out 380 frames quite well.

It’s pretty amazing stuff.
It’s a shame that you can’t use it for work.
If I worked for a firm that produced content, or broadcasted content right now, I would be part of the team building this as a commercial offering.
I mean, it’s obvious, right?
