# Site outage "read only"

Hiya, happy Saturday everyone. For anyone browsing the site today, you may encounter a some error messages about the site becoming “read only.” We are currently experiencing an outage in the datacenter which hosts our Forum. It should be resolved shortly, and thanks so much for your patience.

In case this happens again, our site is a [Discourse.org](http://Discourse.org) hosted site, and our specific site is hosted in the NA West 6 Datacenter. You can always see the status of the datacenter at this link: [https://status.discourse.org](https://status.discourse.org)
