# XMP metadata and C2PA

So this might be interesting to the Flame team.

We are getting more and more and more requests to put in custom metadata into our deliverables and thats usually/always XMP metadata , so right now we either have to

) do our own custom XMP insertion using ffmpeg, fine, works ok.  
) use adobe tools as they support native XMP metadata entry.

this is highley important on AI productions as we need to put in model info and other things, so ideally we could somehow deal with this in flame directly … just a wish i guess and thats going to become more and more important now.

the other thing is C2PA, we need to somehow be able to deal with that as well, right now we are usign a external service

for a tool to master commercials this needs to be taken into account, the flood of this has just started.
