Any flame artists available to work on a shot for a short film getting submitted to Tribecca?

WHO: Jermaine Love (Actor, Dir)
(Jermaine Love - IMDb)
WHAT: 15s animation like Minority Report where someone clicks and swipes away an alarm clock in front of them while they lay in bed, (as they are now in the future)
WHEN: Shot due by 10/26-27 (next sat sun), Told client they get 1 set of notes for GFX layout and then only 1 set of notes for VFX layout and comp.
WHERE: Remote preferred, any artist anywhere.
WHY: For Tribecca Film festival submission deadline 10/30
HOW: $700 flat
