Project auto backups

Is there anyway to get flame to save the auto-backups to a server instead of locally?
Mine are getting huge and eating up all of my disk space.

Where is it getting saved atm? Does changing the project settings at the create project stage change this or only the file saves @paul_round ?

The project setup files are set to save on our server, but the backups go on the system drive.
