I am on the hunt for some dirty smoking bonfire elements. So much of the stuff I have gets cropped of.
So I am doing a hunt and It got me thinking… where do you go for your VFX Elements?

That’s about as far as I’ve gotten as well.
More recently, I’ve been contracting Houdini artists to build me elements. That has been a worthwhile endeavor as they can give you exactly what you need.

Would you consider ordering elements and getting them shot for you? This is not something we currently do but I’m exploring options. We are a small production company specializing in high frame rate desktop jobs with access to Phantom 4K and we have our own motion control robots and studio…
