Here’s a quick tutorial on using Mocha to create an expanded clean plate.
Am I doing things the old / backward / slow way?
Let me know if you have a better method!

You might take a look at the Mocha tutorials. The remove tool (slight variation of your situation) is an automated ‘find matching pixels in neighboring frames’ algorithm. They also have the mega plate, which I have not used yet, but maybe in the same territory. I had good results with the remove tool for cleanup. But you have some lens distortion during the tilt that may change things.
Yes, I also tried out Remove and Mega Plate. They produced good results, but I wanted to keep the tutorial focused on Flame. If there’s interest, I can go through those processes as well.

This looks nice. Although I haven’t tested it yet, I suspect that applying a vertical stab followed by recursive operations might also be an effective approach. Thanks for the tips! ( i am not sure how it will work with camera distortion.)
