I was watching the webinar for ColourLab AI yesterday and they mentioned this website that seems very useful. It is a database of still frames from movies with all sorts of metadata. So, if you’re putting together a pitch or reference, you could search this site and download the images. The metadata is pretty extensive so you can search by style, aspect ratio, director, DP, actor, genre, and a ton more. My only complaint so far is that there isn’t a huge variety of images but I assume they’ll be updating it continuously. In the webinar, they used them as refs for grading. Seems pretty cool and it’s free (for now)
