Please excuse my late reply, I guess I am not used to going to trade-shows anymore 
and I was “a bit busy” as a result.
I would also like to join and thank @ChrZap and @ChrisKasten very much for organising this nice evening.
It was very nice to meet you all again in person.
I hope you all got home safely despite the chaos at the airport on monday.
P.S.
There were definitely people who mentioned my brightly coloured socks the next day on the show-floor.
