Everything I am learning about the best ways to set up my environment i keep coming back to the fact that running mac makes things a lot easier on my end as the system administrator.
All of our machines are headless and accessed remotely 100% of the time.
Our current solution (jump desktop) is working flawlessly for us. Switching to linux presents the greater problem of setting up access for a rotating door of freelancers that need to access the systems securely, enforce 2fa etc.
