I have a 2 point tracked axis and clip is being timewarped now.
Can we timewarp the same Tracked Axis ??
Yes you can.
In Flame bring the timewarp into batch and convert the speed to timing. Then using the timewarp.timing animation channel you can control the speed of your track.
Link to the timewarp.timing channel using the eval expression.
eval ( positionOfTrack , timewarp.Timing )

Do i need to add this expression in every channel of Axis like X, Y separately??

I would need to test before I had absolute confidence but I think you can link a group like one axis or position, rotation and scale.
