I know they’re working diligently to cut out human labor/talent on the post side.
My understanding is they now do conforms with some type of automated system. Very basic however. Anything beyond simple edits is handled as an “optical” after this “auto conform.” I’m sure this is only the beginning. I’ve seen some AI/ML color grading software that did an impressive job of grading an entire show after looks were set by the colorist.
