Hi everyone,
Having recently gotten into the habit of using MatAnyone for rotoscoping, I needed to integrate it a bit more tightly into Flame and add a few things that were missing for me… I noticed there was a similar project integrating it with SammiRoto, but since I haven’t used SammiRoto yet, I preferred to stick with what I know — figuring that there would be things to rework anyway, but that potentially everything I’m sharing with you today already exists in SammiRoto ^^.
So here’s a quick summary:
-
Apple Silicon Support
-
Added a batch mode to queue and process multiple videos in sequence
-
Bidirectional propagation — annotate any frame, the model propagates both forward and backward from that point
-
Flame hook to automate video import and export
-
Clean graphical redesign
I’m attaching a short video just to show how it works — feel free to ask any questions (if it gets too technical, I’ll ask Claude to answer for you
)
There may be still some little issues with it, so don’t hesitate to give me your feedbacks.
Test on Mac OS, not on linux yet.
