Name token metadata control - Is there a flexible way?

Hi Guys

Incredibly frustrating renaming renders back from colour and I was wondering if there is a smarter easier way rather than doing manually every time…

Quick summary as current pipeline:

export files to grade naming convention: (example:sh0010_ungraded_v20) _ungraded_v

receiving files back from grade with same naming even though is graded (sh0010_ungraded_v20) - apparently from baselight and resolve manually change name of source is as manual and painful as is in flame

At the moment having to manually rename to (sh0010_graded_v20) as i want to cross check that is being graded has the same version as what latest comp is… (kind lose purpose as having to type manually the version)…

Question is : Is there any way from the file name receive from grade (sh0010_ungraded_v20) only keep the v20 (version) from that naming? Similar as using # (to remove/add zeros)… but something to remove letters or words from the original source? I use something before on renaming photos from lightroom so i was wondering if there is something it could be done as part of a batch token into files.
