Releasing TUNET - A training ML tool

Just udpated Windows branch with newer installation cmds.
Be sure to use multios branch:
https://github.com/tpc2233/tunet/tree/multios

Delete your env with:
conda env remove -n tunet

And give a go again.

Hey guys, Tunet now have a UI targeting a more user friendly.
The command line workflow remains the same and working as before.

Hey guys, Tunet now have UI, targeting a more user friendly usage. UI app is already on Github. Support on both Linux or Windows.
