You can also follow the instructions from the Discobot, our bot which automagically sends introductory and training messages to every new user upon signup. Check your private messages for those. You have already received one. If you interact and actually follow its instructions it it will give you great insight as to how to set things up to your liking and share with you some of the functionality of the site.
