The above testing is completely flawed. Should not be used to determine anything.
8bit tiff vs 16bit EXRs is like comparing rambutan to durian.
DWA is lossy, would never use it. PIZ always.

Yeah it’s not scientific but my footage is coming from adobe light room. So the only choices I have are tiffs or pngs.

Yes. I usually scale and crop a bit but they’re usually above 5k.
