Which macOS version works best with Flame 2025 (on an iMac 2019)?

I intend to update Flame 2021 to Flame 2025 (iMac 2019 / 64GB). This requires updating macOS as well..

Is macOS 14 or macOS 15 the way to go when stability is the most important thing?

You should be good with either macOS14 or 15 on this configuration.
