That weird thing happens to me, too - I can’t tell if it’s the script.
Things that sometimes fix it:
- Turn the Resize on and off
- Delete / reset the Resize
- Turn Comp on and off
- Move the whole clip to a new track
- Copy the clip to a new track, delete the new Action and copy-paste the old Action
