I hope @val is doing well? There’s an interesting discussion that I spied in on yesterday on the Spy Museum Youtube channel. Malcolm Nance gave his take on the war and that the Russians are doomed and then the “here’s why” came along. He was very complementary about the Ukrainian mentality. Worth a watch for those with an interest. Which is kind of everyone?

We are fine, thanks. Still standing, still fighting. Rocket’s attacks on Kyiv is lower last couple of weeks (one-two per day, sometimes none). Don`t worry, we will be fine. Most of war is happens in the South and East of Ukraine, we just trying to make strong logistic support for our forces and support Ukraine’s economy
I managed to evacuate my wife and daughter to Germany for a couple of months. My parents are still in Kharkiv and refuse to escape, but they are also fine.
The company I worked for is helping the people of Bucha, Irpin, and Hostomel to get back to a normal life.
Thanks, everyone for your support, it would be a long way to our victory, but we will win.

I will try to add some about situation in Ukraine here now (in fact im too here near Kyiv):
We trying to be strong because no any other way to be Ukrainian.
Every Ukrainian trying to help our Army with any way possible to anyone. $, tech, volunteering, going to army etc.
With appearance of western armamentand supply our Army got extended capabilities to defeat agressors, and russians started to have bigger losses. So we here hope that it will continues, and continues more, because russia cannot be stopped by any talks - as was proved yesterday in Odessa port just 24hours after russians signed of agreement to open ports in Ukraine. Only heawy weapon, only hardcore :).
So we are really prepared because seems russia still thinks that they could repeat marching to Kyiv again, and i pretty sure their marching will ended with same result - retreat away with their enormous losses.
At least my friends who was under russian occupation in Bucha and other nearby villages said that they will not hide at home 2nd time and wait liberation, and will try to defending too, because they saw by themselves what russians will means. (in fact they not fit to army service by age or health) .
Really Ukrainians too peaceful ppl, but when we are became angry - nobody could stop us :).
So, all will be ok for sure,
