That whole Snowflake incident is crazy, and worse than others, because you have two players trying to blame the other side.
Thank god I am in Europe, or one could say “little China”. We don’t have this kind of problems because everything is sold to anyone and we don’t have right to privacy, communism is doing very well in my parts. Nation government, EU, and corporations are owners of our digital identity, so this kind of “news” is not news. One way to protect our self is to be so boring, dull and uninteresting so no one would want to buy our data 
On serious note, this is phucked up, but it will not be any better.
