I need to smear blood on some walls (for a shot).
Do you have a favorite resource? I know about ActionVFX & FootageCrate.
Stills are fine, no movement neccesary.

Get yourself a hunk of foam core, some chocolate syrup, your hand and a phone/digital camera 
(or maybe just a Paint node.. but then there’s nothing to lick afterwards)
I always shoot my blood elements, I have both venal and arterial fake blood
AI those blood spatter elements. It’s surprisingly good at this kinda thing.
AI has plenty of blood to run with, from all the bloody noses it has caused 
There was a time when neither ActionVFX nor FootageCrate worked for me and then I found a very cheap blood pack that saved my ass on a critical shot and it’s this. https://www.dpstudio.pl/blood?lang=en
Don’t know if it has what you are looking for but worth a try.
Unfortunately, most cloud AI platforms don’t like to splatter blood around.
However, they seem to have no problem with spraying “chocolate syrup” everywhere.
