When doing a whole bunch of sequences, it would be wonderful to have the color of the timeline in the media panel, match the color of the tab that is opened in the time line.
Please see example.

I like the idea. What would be better is for all the tabs to be in the same order no matter where you look be it in the library reels to the left, open tabs or on desktop reels: top down, left to right. And quite this right to left stuff unless your ui language is in Hebrew, Arabic etc. Please. The inconsistency is killing me.
Add color tabs is a great idea. But not forget more room for sequence’s names in tabs. Truncated names waste a lot of time and lead me to endless errors.

I maybe not understanding correctly but I have all my lists set as localised by name and my pref for the tabs set to
And everything is in alphabetical order in the tabs.
Maybe you have applied the localised sort at the desktop level and not the reel group level or sequence level. I noticed that it doesnt follow when this is the case.
@johnag it’s this that I’m talking about.
On the left hand side: localised sort in clips of a sequence reel doesn’t propagate through to desktop (centre) and then sometimes the tabs get mixed up. It’s confusing.
Maybe I should just manually sort them if it’s more solid. Is that what you advise?
