DNxHR Not Intepreting Color Correctly

Been importing DNxHR shots. Seems like they might be getting crushed by Flame. Anyone have any similar issues? Even setting it to Include YUV headroom, it’s still not correct.

They might’ve been pre-trashed on the export by whomever/out of whatever app they came from (which I assume was not you :slight_smile: ). Given a “correct” workflow setup from app to app, I’ve only really ever seen very minor color shifts in DNx media (which with unknown – and possibly multiple – YUV/RGB conversions taking place, isn’t unexpected.) But if the the overall levels are drastically wrong, it suggests something might’ve happened to them before Flame.

Colorist outputting had issues when they first went to Avid. He changed some settings to make it work and didn’t change them back to standard. That won’t happen again, not.
