Need to send an XML to editorial. For the life of me I can’t get multiple layers out.
Flame 2022.2 on Mac. Sequence Publish. No media. Tried all flavors of FCP and Resolve presets. No luck.
AAF no problem. Is it because Flame only exports “Final Cut X XML”? Solution: AAF into Resolve and XML out.
Yes. We need FCP 7 .xml export and not .fcpxml
I too export FCP fcpxml, reconform in Resolve and export FCP 7 xml.

Asking for better XML export support. or anything really, current state of exporting editorial data from flame is… bad
@Sinan wouldnt it be more correct to say you want Premiere XML support? FCP7 is a gone. Google says the last release was in 2009.
I would just send them an AAF & EDL & offline and politely tell them to get on with it.
