Flame Dual Monitor Viewing Player Scope Disable

Im on a dual monitor set up using flame. When I try and go full screen on my viewing player, the second monitor becomes viewing scopes. As im on a cloud set up these animating scopes affect the playback of the footage. Does anyone know how to disable or pause these scopes so I can get smooth playback in full screen?

I’m have same issue, has anyone out there got any ideas?
Thanks

Contact your service provider.
They will have an engineer who can help you.
In the meantime:
Flame Playback Options

Does this help:

Preferences > Project > Video monitoring > Video Preview Device > DVI / HDMI

Unfortunately not. This adds the footage onto the second monitor as well. Ideally what I need it black on the second monitor when entering full player screen. Or something that doesnt animate

If you go into your scope presets, you can change the update mode to ‘no update’. In that mode the scopes only update when you make changes, but remain frozen during playback. That may suite your use case well - allowing scopes to work, but not take up remote screen bandwidth during playback.
