Flame Feedback - site appears to be down - 2026-04-01
Has been unhealthy for 3 days.
Or maybe my membership has been revoked?

It is not down because people have submitted requests in the past 3 days.
We have seen reports of people having a hard time login in. Can you try the following address if this not the one you are already using: Welcome to Flame Feedback!

It is not. Use the same credentials and you will land on Flame Feedback.
Clicking on “Join as Philip…” should do the trick. Isn’t it?
Sadly not working - there is a sort of “loading” animation on the browser tab but the new site never loads.
Can you try a different browser? I have no idea why it wouldn’t work for you. Maybe try to delete the cache/cookies for the site as well.

Adding a data point. No access or slowness issues when accessing locally from Los Angeles or over VPN on East Coast. Windows Firefox/Edge and macOS Firefox both load with no issues. Signup process experienced no issues.
Trying from Southern California.
Cannot login.
Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari - macOS 15.7.4
Interesting. Can you try from a mobile device on cellular, not wifi?

Also tried from the iphone centercode app.
I hit the Flame Family Page but it’s empty.
I suspect that I’ve just been silently removed from the program.
Works for me too, in the UK.
oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
