You might want to open a ticket with our Support team so they can investigate the issue. Maybe your performance issue is related to a different problem since we got many positive feedback from this service pack.
Will do. Would like to hear from other users and see how the setup varies as this is the 2nd facility im in where the issues hasnt been fixed.
Are you by any chance using a look node on your footage? We have an issue the look node before a color management on the timeline. If you turn off the look node, does the playback work?
