Airtable is fantastic. It’s a spreadsheet looking database.
Also you can make a nice (enough) looking font end with it. So only I have full access to the spread sheet, and all my staff create jobs and add info through a nice UX.

One of my clients also swears by Notion. Super customizable, similar to airtable. Easy to use for other team members. I’ve tinkered with it, but can’t say that I have a solid grip on it.
I played with Notion for my masters degree. Not a fan. It has nice demo vids but always felt it was a bit tied into its own jargon.
We’ve used google sheets a lot. And google docs. Handy because you can @ people with comments and get things signed off.
Ftrack at the mill was just poor.
Loop at the mill was better.

I was introduced to it by a coworker a few months ago and never had time to look into it. Seem like a good option for personal use, specially if you deal with several DCCs.
