How to setup VRAY normal map in Action

Hi folks,

Always struggling with the normal map settings when using a normal pass from vray.
How do I set up the Encoding and Orientation, so that it behaves correctly for a light in an action scene?
Would love to have it lit from the direction of my actual light source…

I believe the Y coordinates are inverted in VRAY normals, so I think you can fix this by inverting the green channel of the normals image before you bring it into Action.
