Which log file does the message history get saved into.

We are getting a strange error when archiving. The message history is reporting a problem starting file 2 due to not being able to open file 1. I want to forward this on to our IT man but I can’t find it. Best I can offer them is a screen grab.

The *.app and *.shell logs contain all the main Flame application output. These are in ‘/opt/Autodesk/log/’.
There should also be an Archive log created in the same file path the Archive files are located, which may also have the error.
