Motion Vectors-Feature or Bug?

I thought I’d throw this out and see if anyone else has this problem or if I’m the last one to get the news: v.2023.3- If the render range starts later than frame 1, the motion vector tracking stops before the end of the render. It all works fine when you jog through it, but once it is rendered, the motion vectors stop working once you get to the frame that matches the duration of the render when calculated from frame 1. So if my render range is 20-80, my motion tracking stops at frame 60.
