Nope. Unfortunately. I think you’ll need Maya to read the materials. But I doubt there are bitmap textures stored in .mtl. I’ll check later today.
You can try .mtl file with Blender by the way. If you have a bitmap texture to go with the model, you don’t actually need an .mtl. You can try mapping it in Flame.

Looking at the .mtl file with text edit, it appears you need Hlava.png, Noha.png and Pores.png as texture. Like I said .mtl doesn’t carry the texture data, but metadata…
