Today’s 30 second Flame Capsule shows you how to increase or decrease the speed of a slider as you adjust it.
If you just click and drag it, the adjustment happens at normal speed.
If you hold SPACEBAR and adjust the slider, the adjustment is very slow and more controlled.
But if you hold OPTION(ALT) and SPACEBAR and adjust the slider, the adjustment is super fast!

This one is HUGE! Awesome tip. @Mottsquad (Alex Arce) showed me this one a few years back and it changed my life. I use it every single day.
Fantastic to alter speed, but be great to use the tablet pen pressure as an indicator of desired sensitivity of the sliders. Harder the finer or vice versa in a preference?
