New Matchbox - Perspective Lines

I’m working on this matchbox to help show perspective lines, vanishing point, and find horizon lines. Let me know what you think.

This is fantastic and was literally on my list of things to look at–my thought was to take it all the way to being Fspy and give camera output that can be linked to an action camera. Great work man!

Thanks Chris. Camera output is beyond my knowledge for now but that is a great idea.

I love it.

This rules.

Exactly what I need for the project I’m working on.

Thank you

Stay on target…

The way this is what I hoped the future would look like when I was a kid.

Love it

I started trying to sketch one out in glsl completely failing on a way to get the interface components to update with the values from the solver in order to link them to a camera. I went down the pyside route instead. It’s a working prototype now.

Just need to make it a little more functional with regards to writing the camera values and layout inside batch.

Looking nice!

I have one suggestion if I may? When you have 2 options ENABLE or DISABLE you should always prefer TOGGLE option and not dropdown list. It is one click solution compared to click - move bit down - click.

I know nothing about how to build tools inside Flame so only thought

Good Idea - Here is a new version with Radio Buttons instead of Drop Downs for all of the Enable/Disable options.

Great idea, and execution, BB. Big thanks.

Amazing! Just like Fspy!

Is this working prototype available for use?

Yeah, I can flip that public shortly. Just working out the Blender round tripping for @andy_dill but if I have time later today I’ll try to wrap it up.

I’d love that too!

!!! :star_struck:
