Does anybody know how to import an openclip and keep it’s name?
Openclip is called something like “SH010_COMP”. But when importing, the name get’s replaced by the embedded source name…

How are you making your openClips?
You can easily change the name/create a new openClip with a name of your choosing when using the write node in batch.
The openClip that gets created when doing sequencePublish always uses the name of the clip on your timeline.
I have long since stopped calling my clips SH001_ungraded becasue that ungraded tag follows the comps and openClips all the way through the process.
