Hi Everyone,

We work with Teradici to work remotely on AutodeskFlame station at work.

We use a VPN to connect to it.

We are not seemless when it’s time to do a playback or we have compression randomly.

Is anyone have idea what it can be ?

Our IT always wait for new update but it doesn’t fix the issue.
