3dconnexion Space Navigator in Action?

I would love to see the Space Navigator works in Action 3D Space the same way it does in Cinema4D and Maya. Even Unity got a work around to implement the SpaceNavigator. For Smoke/Flame’s Action node it would be definitely an advantage to map and record camera fly trough’s and fast object positioning. Is there really no way ?
