Backburner servers absent

Hey everyone,

Running flame 2020.3.1 on my MacPro and my backburner all of sudden stopped working. Using the backburner monitor I can see that my servers are absent. I’ve tried rebooting, restarting all the services using the service monitor, all to no avail. They just won’t seem to come back online. Anyone seen this or have any ideas?

Hmm. Try following this procedure. If not I’d open a support ticket.

It worked in that the server went from absent to idle but then errors when I try to activate the job. Will open a support ticket.

Ah. Try clearing those old jobs and resubmit.
