Batch step render option?

I remember accidentally hitting the step render button in the past and rendering every fourth frame.

Well now I would like to use that feature and it has been tucked away somewhere. Has anyone found where it went to?

Whoa use with caution. It appears to follow me around from batch to batch. Glad I know where it is now though.
