Blackmagic decklink not available

I just upgraded my Mac Studio to Sonoma. Flame loads and is running, but I cannot seem to get it to recognize the decklink card anymore. It was working before the update in Monterey (maybe I should have just stayed).
The card works with premiere, just not with Flame. I’ve updated the drivers to the latest version from Blackmagic too.

anyone run into this yet?
The decklink card is connected via thunderbolt in the OWC Thunderbay Flex 8, which has a PCI slot in it.

After turning it off then turning it back on in the setup panel. Then restarting the computer. I got things back up and running.

I didn’t have to resort to uninstalling, but these articles helped give a little direction.

I thought I had done all that yesterday, but I guess sometimes a new day and a fresh restart fixes these stubborn computers
