@PeterK - on linux we run /usr/local/bin/rmsoft and that permits you to kill all services and delete all files/folders. On macOS I think you run /Applications/Autodesk/Uninstaller and that should kill everything. Here is the official documentation.

Last time I tried using chatgpt with something Flame, their solution was to delete the part7.db. not a good first step. I would instead use the following myself if on macOS. Depending on the needs, you can skip steps 5 to the end.
