Hey all!

Flame can’t read some .mov files. I find this message in Clip info: ‘Error: No handler for clip for clip:’

I tried to open it with Resolve and it only reads the files as audio. But Adobe Premiere reads it ok.

I opened it with MediaInfo and this is the information of the files (image attached). Any idea?

I have converted it to .MP4 with Premiere, and Flame can read this file in the same folder

Right, I imagine that ProRes RAW is not sopported by Flame

Hey @David.M Did you ever sort the reasoning behind this? Running into the same issue…

Flame doesn’t support ProRes Raw.
